Early Morning PJ Dance Party

Coming right off a stint of lifting light weights & then riding my recumbent exercise bike for 25 minutes, this video shows another marvelous method of getting your body moving to exercise: Dance. Dancing around to a favorite catchy song, like my little nephew, is an excellent way to get your blood flowing!
