. . . Call it what you will. This is the awesome sandwich I recreated after having the first fabulous one at my friend Mindy’s mother-in-law’s house a few weeks ago. What you’re looking at is sautéed portobello mushroom with fire roasted red pepper, raw vidalia onion, true white Italian “American cheese,” & salt & pepper lightly sprinkled, on a fresh ciabatta bread sandwich! Frozen caramel macchiato 1/2 off from Einstein Bagels & that sandwich made the best Friday night dinner ever. I’m totally a food-aholic.
