Heartburn, which I suspected although it hasn’t affected me in years, seems to be the cause of my burning chest. On top of that, a small hiatal hernia (a hiatal hernia is when part of your stomach pushes up towards your diaphragm) was discovered in Wednesday’s esophagram but doesn’t require treatment at the moment. Not too big of a deal, just more side effects to handle.
